While we understand it may be difficult to make a makeup purchase online without the ability to try before you buy, we strive to ensure a positive shopping experience to all of our customers.
We will accept all returns within 30 days of the arrival of your products. Any products received after the 30 days will be discarded without refund so please contact us via ( email@example.com ) if you have any questions in regards to our return policy.
All returns must be accompanied by the Return and Exchange approval. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges, including the original shipping charge, return shipping fees, and restocking fee. Each customer will be held responsible for a 15% restocking fee based on the subtotal of the original order. We suggest adding tracking onto your return package so you can monitor its arrival at our facilities. Any return received with missing pieces or highly damaged product cannot be credited. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on banking statements. We suggest contacting us if you have any questions prior to returning your package.

Sedona Lace ships domestic orders via UPS or USPS and international orders via USPS. Most items are processed and shipped out within 2 business days of purchase. Domestic orders typically take 2–5 days, while international orders take 8–21 days to receive once the package has been picked up. First Class Mail International has limited tracking details, and may take up to 8 weeks for delivery. Once our order has been shipped, we will e-mail you a tracking number. Please note, once your order has been received by USPS we may not be able to assist in the lost parcel or package. Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
We are not responsible for Customs Duties and taxes that may be charged on international orders. Please check with your local post office or country's Customs policies prior to ordering.
